January 3 – Noah – Genesis 6:1 thru 9:17
Noah is best known for building the Ark. This accomplishment was enormous in task, and impossible to fulfill; especially when one thinks about capturing and preserving all those male and female animals. To keep his family together and unified throughout this entire procedure was a feat worth studying for all families in today’s society. All of these accomplishments point back to Genesis 6:8. Noah was used by God because he found grace in the sight of God. Ephesians 2:8 expresses that we also receive grace from God. What will you allow God to do in your life through His grace toward you.
