A refrigerator keeps things from going bad. It keeps things fresh and tasting good. It holds all kinds of food that is good for you; food that will give you strength for your daily endeavors. It holds enough food to share with other people.
The Bible does all these things for us and more, but the most common feature that a refrigerator and the Bible have is:
